This is a unique opportunity for a candidate to participate in building and managing digital campaigns and work with leading real estate brands from Romania and Europe.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, a desire for operational excellence with proven hands on experience in PPC strategies on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Google Analytics and in meeting/exceeding goals and campaign KPIs.
The candidate will use their knowledge of positioning strategy, creative writing, advertising development, agency management, and integrated media and communications planning to deliver upon key business and brand goals.
Developing the Mediaplan for Residential Real Estate Projects, based on the sales KPIs
Campaign setup, optimization & performance report
Weekly Management of ad campaigns according to performance KPIs established in the Mediaplan
Identifying emerging trends, threats, innovations and competition
Google Ads, Meta Ads and Google Analytics Certifications
At least 1+ years of proven digital marketing experience
Experience working with Google Tag Manager
Experience working with Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads
Experince in media buying
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Proficiency in Looker Studio (former Google Data Studio), Excel, PowerPoint
Exceptional time management and organizational skills
Solid understanding of performance marketing and online customer acquisition
Creative personality committed to quality, service, and efficiency
A self-starter and a fast learner
Team player with excellent interpersonal skills with people at all levels of a business
Compliance and Sensitivity to confidential matters is required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in English (writing, speaking, understanding).
Experience working in or with a consumer brand focused organization or advertising agency is preferable
