This is a unique opportunity for a candidate to participate in developing new branding and communication concepts for leading real estate brands from Romania and Europe.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for advertising, corporate identity, branding, social media trends, typography, with skills practiced for at least 2 years with an agency or as a freelancer.
The candidate will use their knowledge of positioning strategy, advertising development, agency management, and integrated media and communications creative developement to deliver upon key business and brand goals.
Responsible for the timely and precise creation of website layouts, key visuals, brochures, presentations, social media content across multiple platforms, from concept to completion
Create layouts and typography according to a brief and a brand book, to prepare the artwork for print
Stays up to date with color trends, market standards, and has the ability to integrate them into design concepts
Support other departments (Web Development, Copywriting, PPC) with various graphic requests
At least 2+ years of proven experience via portfolio
Expert use of Adobe Creative Suite
UI / UX and Typography skills – a must!
Experience in an agency or in-house design department
Able to manage multiple priorities, anticipate demands, communicate status appropriately, and maintain a high level of operational transparency and accountability
Exceptional time management and organizational skills
Creative personality committed to quality, service, and efficiency
A self-starter and a fast learner
Team player with excellent interpersonal skills with people at all levels of a business
Compliance and Sensitivity to confidential matters is required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in English (writing, speaking, understanding).
